Do I need artwork?
No. Send whatever you have. A photo of your truck or your business card works. We clean it up and digitize it. That’s included.
Can I pick my colors?
Yes. The kit is shown in silver and grey. You pick the shirt, polo, and cap colors to match your brand. We show you the mockup in your colors first.
What if I don't know my guys' sizes?
Nobody does. Send us first names. We collect the sizes. You don’t chase anyone.
Can I drop the hats?
We can’t take pieces out, but we can swap them. Don’t wear polos? Swap them for hoodies. Same count, same price.
How fast is it?
7 to 10 business days after you approve the proof. Rush is available. Ask.
What if a guy quits?
Reorder one shirt. Your logo and sizes stay on file and the price is locked for 12 months. Caps and polos come in 6-packs and 8-packs.
What about 2XL and up?
Add $3 a piece. That’s it.
Fewer than 24 pieces?
We can do it, but it’s priced per piece and the $45 digitizing is charged on its own. The kit is the better deal.
We make 12 crew kits a month.
Every kit gets its own run on our 8-head embroidery machine. When the month is full, the next kit waits for the next month. Send your logo today and we’ll hold your spot as soon as you say yes.
